An intensive is a concentrated retreat that is deeply transformative. There are alternating times of being on your own and having sessions with your "Helpers." There are many things that can happen within the sessions. I refer you to the section on the Pathwork for more information about sessions and Helpers.
The focus of the Intensive is on self-transformation. It is a setting aside of everything for a period of days to work intensively on yourself. Transformative work involves a descent into the darkness. One may focus on some troublesome area of life, a place of stuckness or lack, any disharmony or suffering in body, mind, or spirit. Intensives are a great form for conscious life transitions and difficult life passages. Intensives are a powerful and effective way of bringing your whole being to bear on the souls task at hand; converting whatever piece of negativity is weighing it down, back into light.
The most intense form of an intensive is created by turning your time and experience totally over to your Helpers. The element of the unknown coupled with a surrender of control can be very powerful. The thing you will be asked to do is explore yourself deeply and you will be held very preciously by all who attend you. You will be prayed for and supported by the whole universe which weaves your Earthwalk Cocoon. Your work is sacred and you do it for us all.
