The work of our sessions and classes creates a practicle vehicle of self exploration and change. I teach an individualized practicle course in applied spirituality. It is useful for all kinds of healing and self-development, providing one of the most integrated, complete contemporary paths of personal/spiritual development available.
It is also a process of transforming suffering on all levels. People come to this work either as seekers, or as sufferers, usually both. It provides an excellent complimentary approach to working with the bodymind interface on physical/medical problems. Much of our psychological distress at this time is caused by the movements of our souls evolutionary process. Crises, life transistions, relationship problems, are all the result of unseen soul movements and once we begin to understand it at this level, we can consciously cooperate with the process, transforming our suffering into the birthing process that it is meant to be.
This work is based on 25 years of experience drawing from many traditions and trainings, including the Pathwork of Self of Transformation, The Power of Now, Core Energetics, Eco-psychology, Shamanism and Mystical Christianity along with and many others. The work is non-denominational and supports each individual in their own unfolding and spiritual lineage.
