New Program! The Yoga of Feelings
Health is a multifaceted affair, and the more we learn, the
more we see it is all interconnected.
We
in the west have gotten into Yoga and Meditation for our bodies and minds, but what about our feelings. The answer I discovered is a
kind of Yoga of feelings. The
interesting thing is that this Yoga has a deep spiritual effect as well as
helping the body and mind. Please join
me for an introductory class on the importance, power and spiritual discipline
of Yoking, Uniting, Being Present and conscious with our feelings.
Most of us have long
suppressed our real feelings and our emotions are distorted with hard pain from judgement. Now all this emotional pain is being expressed
through our bodies in illness and food addictions. Many of us are mediums who pick up feelings
from others and we are being dialysis machines for everyone around
us.

the emotional and feeling realm, or if you feel numb and disconnected from your
feelings, then try The Yoga of Feelings,
Sunday November 13th from 1pm to 4pm and Saturday,

I will offer follow up classes as there is interest. This is the most important spiritual work
that we do in these times. Donation
