Core engergetics, creative dance and free form body/energy explorations are offered in various formats.
Meditation with breath and presence to nature or the inner energy body within us
Music, both commercial and personal is often used.
I sing and ask others to sing with me fequently.
I have over 40 original songs that I share with others plus a whole library of other sing along songs of Spirit and Nature
Singing opens our hearts charges our system and aligns us to spirit.
It is a way of participating and giving back to nature, healing each other, and being in union together.
I am also looking for people who really enjoy singing to get together and help me bring my music out to the community.
Transformational Brethwork is another form of combining all these modalities along with a contemporary form of Shamanic Journeying. Using Breth to safely alter consciousness and music to support the journey. This work is often quite revelatory and also helps us release.
There is a new science of music that is arising and will be a very powerful technology for healing
Who is interested in coming together for the pleasure of singing music that is created for this very purpose as a spiritual practice and a way of upliftment and reprograming of the unconcious. This could also lead to performances but at this point it is a coming together to sing with spirit and to receive the spirit that comes through these channeled hymns.
